1 Cochran is looking to add to its professional sales team at our Boardman Honda Showroom!

Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses Be the vehicle expert. Know the specifics of product offerings, & latest technology Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of vehicles. Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business. Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses. Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day Qualifications Previous automotive sales experience preferred or commissioned sales experience preferred but not required. We love to train! Available to work flexible hours & weekends Ready to hit the ground running on learning new inventory offerings Fantastic communication skills with your customers and internal team members Additional Qualifications Analysis and problem solving Application of sales process knowledge Effective verbal communication skills Tech savvy and willing to learn new model technologies Customer enthusiasm Willingness to work in teamwork focused culture Come see why #1 Cochran is the dealership for you!
