Field Service Technician I - Miami, FL

Compensation Hourly Rate – $14.00 per hour. Additional Compensation – $6.00 for each activity completed. Job Title Field Service Technician I – Miami, FL. Responsibilities Represent the NCR Atleos brand by being the first line of response on-site at customer locations. Problem‑solve at a basic module level (FRU), organize and plan your time effectively, and know when and to whom to escalade issues. Apply training knowledge to resolve task‑related problems in straightforward situations, emphasizing manual skills. Provide consistent and clear communication using our service app to maintain customer satisfaction. Follow safety and security procedures when working on ATMs. Complete NCR Atleos specific trainings and certifications on our training website. Diagnose problems based on the error logs from the ATM and information provided by our service app using a company‑provided cell phone. Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs, both indoors and outdoors. Report updates and details of work performed at the ATM, including call closure details, accurately and promptly. Maintain parts inventory and related records. Accurately report hours worked and miles driven daily. Basic Qualifications Reside in the specified geographic area. Have a high school diploma or equivalent. Be authorized to work in the US. Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record that meets company requirements. Have reliable transportation for work purposes. Be able to use and operate an Android cell phone (company‑provided). Be able to perform essential functions including prolonged travel, carrying and lifting tools or equipment up to 50 lbs, and bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, working with hands, and repetitively grasping and manipulating objects. Maintain the following minimum insurance coverage: Bodily Injury Liability – Minimum $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident. Property Damage Liability – Minimum $100,000 per accident. Preferred Qualifications An associate degree is preferred. Previous experience with NCR or similar equipment is preferred.
