Miracle Kids Success Academy (MKSA) and Kids Unlimited Learning Academy (KULA) are seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team of pediatric clinicians.

Whether you are an experienced SLP or beginning your career as a Clinical Fellow, you will find an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. We value clinical excellence, compassion, dependability, and a genuine desire to help every child reach their fullest potential.

If you are looking for rewarding work, a collaborative team, and the chance to celebrate life-changing milestones with children and their families, we would love to hear from you!

Why You'll Love Working With Us

At MKSA/KULA, you will be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team that includes speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, nurses, educators, teacher assistants, and other professionals.

Our clinicians work closely with children, families, and fellow team members to create individualized treatment plans and provide coordinated, child-centered care. You will have the opportunity to help children strengthen their communication, language, feeding, and developmental skills while seeing the impact of your work every day.

  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Provide engaging therapy that helps children build functional communication skills.
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies based on each child's needs.
  • Complete clinical documentation and reports accurately and within required timeframes.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, therapists, nurses, and other members of the treatment team.
  • Educate and support families as they help their children practice new skills.
  • Celebrate meaningful milestones and help children gain greater confidence and independence.
Qualifications
Education and Certification
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
  • Current Arkansas Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain the appropriate Arkansas license.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligibility to complete a Clinical Fellowship Year.
Experience
  • One year of experience in a similar position is preferred.
  • New graduates and Clinical Fellowship candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • An equivalent combination of education and applicable clinical experience may be considered.
Skills and Abilities
  • Passion for working with children from birth through age seven.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with children, families, coworkers, and other professionals.
  • Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to complete clear, accurate, and timely clinical documentation.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with electronic records, databases, word processing, spreadsheets, and internet-based programs.
  • Ability to understand and follow safety requirements, policies, procedures, and other company documents.
  • Ability to use sound judgment and practical problem-solving skills.
