MRI Technologist - 7P to 7A Shift

Location

Wichita, KS

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

7 PM to 7 AM, with weekend shifts required.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced MRI Technologist to join our busy MRI department. The ideal candidate will operate advanced MRI equipment to produce high-quality imaging results and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.

Responsibilities

• Administer contrast agents as necessary.
• Operate MRI scanners to produce high-contrast images.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to provide exceptional patient care.
• Maintain accurate records and perform quality control on imaging equipment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 6 months of current MRI Technologist experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• ARRT (MR) certification preferred.
• Experience with GE MRI equipment is highly desirable.
• Level 1 trauma and critical care experience is a plus.
