The Operations Director is responsible for both oversight and support of fitness businesses managed by Peak Fitness Solutions. Their primary focus is ensuring smooth, efficient operations of all PFS locations, while maintaining high levels of revenue production, team satisfaction, customer service, and facility care. The OD role provides ongoing training, development, and accountability to all PFS club-level team members. The OD will achieve these results through their ability to work autonomously, be accountable, be detail-oriented, and clearly communicate with their staff.Compensation: $52,500.00 - $85,000.00 per yearPeak Fitness Solutions, based in Atlanta, GA, is a respected consulting and management services company.
