Acute Care Nurse - Full-Time Night Shift

Role Overview This position involves providing direct patient care in an acute care setting, assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care within established standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, including education on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Nurses collaborate with an interprofessional team, develop individualized care plans, and ensure effective communication across the continuum of care. Critical skills include physical, psychosocial, and emotional assessment, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural needs.
