Responsibilities:

• Provide acute care nursing services to patients in a hospital setting focusing on telemetry and ICU experience.
• Monitor patient vital signs and responses to treatment using telemetry and other specialized equipment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital policies.
• Document patient care accurately in Cerner EMR system.
• Respond to patient needs promptly, including emergency situations on the unit such as ED holds.
• Adhere to hospital policies, including attendance, dress code, and PPE requirements.
• Participate in rotating weekends and on-call shifts as scheduled.
