Caregility is seeking a Software Developer for the Reporting Team. This role will be responsible for developing and enhancing Caregility's cloud-based software analytics services, focusing on data and dashboards. The role will play a key role in shaping the data warehouse strategy, driving software development, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with Product Management and others. This position is a Full-Time Exempt role. This position will be based on the East Coast. It is a hybrid role in our Wall Township, NJ office. Roles & Responsibilities Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software engineering Passion for agile product delivery and a spirit of continuous improvement Apply data analytics best practices to contribute to the design and development of data models and reporting solutions that enhance business intelligence. Continuously optimize queries, reports, and dashboards for performance and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience for large datasets. Build and optimize intuitive and insightful dashboards to provide real-time visibility into analytics Build a strong engineering culture and drive the strategy, vision in collaboration with the Product Management Write code in Java and Spring Boot to build data pipelines to copy data over from source databases to reporting data warehouse. Maintain reporting front end using React and JavaScript. Skills & Abilities Develop scalable, reliable, and maintainable services. Focus on usage metrics and maintain a strong customer-centric mindset. Build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and customers. Troubleshoot issues, make recommendations, and ensure timely problem resolution. Education & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years’ experience in engineering, OR equivalent experience. Experience writing java, JavaScript code and familiarity with writing SQL queries and stored procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for software engineering tooling, platforms, and infrastructure Experience working across disciplines and teams. Experience leading agile delivery teams and implementing continuous improvements. Additional Requirements May require occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs). Requires extensive sitting, standing and walking. Limited weekend and/or night work may be required. Domestic and international travel requiring multi-night stays within and at times outside the local work area. Current valid U.S. Passport is desirable. Must be willing to complete background checks and drug tests as required by current or future contracts. Must be a US Citizen or authorized to work in the US.
