Requirements:

Minimum 2 years RN experience

Valid compact or state license required at time of submission

Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS

Some ER experience in work history (ER observation/holding or Med/Surg/Telemetry acceptable)

Experience with telemetry / dysrhythmia interpretation and management

Documentation experience: EPIC (preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide patient care in a stepdown/PCU setting with a focus on telemetry

Monitor and interpret telemetry readings

Administer medications and manage intravenous protocols, including insulin and heparin titration

Perform tracheostomy care and non-invasive airway management

Manage patients with renal failure and assist in pre/post hemodialysis care

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Compliance / Notes:

Urgent fingerprinting required for hires in the state; strict compliance deadline applies

Return-to-office policy required with submission
