Customer Service & Check-in

• Greeting & Welcoming: Acting as the first point of contact, welcoming customers as they arrive
• Identity Verification: Checking and validating customer driving licenses, credit card information and insurance information
• Contract Completion: Processing loaner agreements and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
• Booking Management: Handling new reservations, modifications, or cancellations made in-person or over the phone

Operational & Inventory Tasks

• Fleet Coordination: Communicating with the lot team to ensure specific vehicle models are ready and available for customers
• Inventory Updates: Updating computer records in real-time as vehicles are rented out or returned to maintain accurate availability
• Vehicle Handover: Directing customers to their vehicles and demonstrating special features like GPS or hybrid controls

Returns & Issue Resolution

• Check-In Inspection: Inspecting returned vehicles for new damage, checking mileage, and noting fuel levels
• Payment Processing: Calculating any fees, including fuel, mileage, toll fees, and processing payments
• Problem Solving: Handling customer complaints, resolving billing disputes, and assisting with rental-related emergencies

Administrative Support

• Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions while maintaining NPI guidelines
• Workspace Maintenance: Ensuring the front counter is clean and clutter free

Responsible for:

1. Maintenance and care of all LCCS loaner vehicles

2. Proper documentation of all loaner contracts

3. Proper check out and check in of all loaner vehicles

4. Tracking and reporting of all LCCS vehicles

5. Month and inventory reporting

6. Other LCCS duties as assigned
