The person in this role will handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and help maintain smooth administrative support for the office. SCHEDULE: Candidate must work on Saturdays with a day off during the week! Responsibilities: • Welcome guests and staff in a courteous manner, ensuring a positive and detail-oriented front-office experience. • Manage a multi-line phone system, directing incoming calls to the appropriate departments or team members efficiently. • Respond to inbound calls promptly and provide accurate information or route inquiries as needed. • Maintain the reception area so it remains organized, presentable, and ready for visitors throughout the day. • Support general administrative tasks such as taking messages, handling basic office coordination, and assisting with day-to-day front desk needs. • Monitor visitor flow and communicate clearly with internal teams regarding arrivals and appointments. • Previous experience in a receptionist or front-desk support role. • Ability to operate a multi-line switchboard or phone system with confidence and accuracy. • Strong verbal communication skills and a clear, courteous phone presence. • Comfortable managing a high volume of inbound calls while remaining organized. • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused and courteous demeanor. • Reliable time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office setting.
