Service Associate - Detroit, MI - Sustainability Solutions

Stryker seeks a Service Associate to collect single-use medical devices from hospitals in a designated territory. This field-based role involves building customer relationships, conducting staff training on sustainability solutions, and tracking collections across operating rooms, patient floors, and specialty labs.

Responsibilities Collect single-use devices from hospital departments including operating rooms, patient floors, and specialty labs Educate hospital staff and supply chain teams on Stryker sustainability bin usage and device collection guidelines Build and maintain relationships with hospital customers, sales representatives, and internal stakeholders Track collections data and generate receipt growth reports for assigned territory Participate in team huddles, in-person meetings, and uphold company policies and code of conduct Requirements Valid, unrestricted driver's license with appropriate insurance coverage High school diploma or GED Access to personal vehicle for field travel (80–100 miles daily) Ability to obtain and maintain hospital-required credentials Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Power BI Compensation:
