Sr. Project Manager, Creative

We are recognized as #8 on Fortune’s America’s Most Innovative Companies list. What You’ll Do Own creative project intake and oversee the timely flow of projects from concept through completion. Develop and manage production schedules, resourcing, prioritization, timelines, budgets, and reports to ensure projects remain on track. Monitor job progress by tracking schedules, deliverables, revisions, approvals, scope changes, vendor timelines, workload constraints, and open risks; communicate status clearly and proactively. Serve as the key liaison between creative, production, digital, studio, marketing, compliance, and product development. Manage and continuously improve Brand Design workflows, SOPs, and project management processes. Ensure creative development work is completed to specifications, brief, brand standards, and quality expectations. Lead weekly check‑in meetings with all staff and marketing to keep teams informed on assignments, schedules, production, vacations, and other key updates. Escalate blockers, missed dependencies, workload constraints, or priority conflicts to leadership with recommended solutions and tradeoffs. Diplomatically enforce deadlines and problem‑solve in an efficient and professional manner. Other duties may be assigned. Requirements 5+ years of experience in project or traffic management in an advertising agency or in‑house agency environment; CPG experience preferred. BA or BS preferred, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. Proficient with digital traffic management and project management systems such as Workfront. Advanced knowledge of packaging artwork production, print vendor processes, proofing, mechanical files, dielines, color standards, production schedules, and SKU or product detail accuracy. Advanced knowledge of digital marketing asset development for e‑commerce, web, email, social, paid media, digital advertising, photography, video, post‑production, and retailer content requirements. Experience implementing or improving workflow systems, project management tools, proofing tools, DAM systems, intake processes, dashboards, status reporting, or SOPs. Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; willingness to learn new software as needed; knowledge of the Mac platform is a plus. Experience prioritizing multiple projects and tasks with changing requirements. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to thrive in a deadline‑driven environment.
