Your Role:

Treat residents and their property with dignity and respect
Assist RNs and LPNs with resident care, comfort, and safety needs
Transport residents safely to and from medical appointments
Support a positive, patient-centered care environment
Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts
Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership

Who We're Looking For:

Current Illinois CNA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Familiarity with Outlook and Microsoft programs preferred
Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
