Low Latency Software Engineer (HFT)

Having grown steadily from its origins in Options, the firm continues to expand its global footprint through diversification into new asset classes and the onboarding of highly experienced engineers, traders, and researchers. They are now hiring a Software Engineer to join their High-Frequency Trading team in Austin. Here, engineering is central to trading performance. In a flat, highly collaborative environment, engineers work side by side with traders and researchers, building systems that directly influence trading behavior and PnL. You’ll contribute across the full development lifecycle, from architecture and design to implementation and optimization, with clear, measurable impact on live strategies and firm-wide performance.
