Walnut Creek Farm is seeking a Food Safety Manager to oversee and maintain food safety standards related to produce handling and sales. This role ensures compliance with food safety regulations and proper review of produce advertisements.
- Review and approve produce advertisements for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to FDA and produce safety guidelines.
- Monitor food safety practices related to produce handling.
- Stay up to date on food safety regulations and requirements.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of FDA food safety regulations.
- Familiarity with produce safety guidelines.
- Attention to detail.
- Prior food safety or produce-related experience preferred.
