This individual will be responsible for all aspects of the location's performance, including team leadership, financial management, staffing, inventory control, and guest satisfaction. • Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure efficient and consistent service.

• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality.

• Manage opening, closing, and daily operational procedures.

• Develop employee schedules and maintain appropriate staffing levels while controlling labor costs.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, health, and workplace safety regulations.

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and overall performance.
