Step into a rewarding contract role providing Speech-Language Pathology services for elementary-aged students. This maternity leave position offers the opportunity to support children ages 5-11 during a key period in their communication development. As a highly valued member of a school-based team, you'll deliver assessment, intervention, and consultation within a nurturing educational environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Current, valid Speech-Language Pathology license
• GaPSC SLP Educator Certification required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in SLP preferred
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience highly desirable
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

What You'll Do:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students as needed
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in alignment with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to monitor progress and adjust strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely progress reports
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group) tailored to student needs
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and professional development opportunities

Assignment Details:

• Full-time contract: 37.5 hours per week
• Serving an elementary caseload within a supportive school community
• Position runs through approximately October 2, 2026, covering a maternity leave
• Located at an elementary campus in the Kennesaw, GA, area
