Sprinkler Service Technician

Responsibilities Perform sprinkler service work, partnering with customers to address maintenance and repair needs. Maintain a focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations. Build and nurture relationships with current and potential customers. Promote fire protection services in a proactive manner. Qualifications Working knowledge of wet, dry, pre‑action, and deluge sprinkler systems, as well as backflow prevention systems and basic fire pump knowledge. Proficient in NFPA 13, NFPA 20, and NFPA 24 code requirements. Ability to use trade‑appropriate tools for daily pipe fitting duties safely and efficiently. Ability to train others to use trade‑appropriate tools safely. Minimum skill to operate a basic service platform. Minimum three years of experience in sprinkler service and preferred 7‑10 years of overall experience in the field. Clear background check and ability to pass a drug screen.
