Key Responsibilities Service Delivery & Guest Experience Deliver customized facial and skincare services utilizing premium products and advanced techniques consistent with brand standards. Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess client needs, recommend suitable treatments, and educate clients on optimal skincare regimens. Ensure full immersion in the brand experience throughout each treatment. Provide a seamless and relaxing service, characterized by professionalism, discretion, and genuine hospitality. Promote retail sales by recommending appropriate products and home-care routines to achieve or exceed individual sales objectives. Monitor relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) and actively participate in team selling to improve overall store outcomes. Client Relationship Management Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through tailored service, effective follow-up, and superior product expertise. Advocate for ongoing treatment plans and home-care regimens to support clients’ long-term skincare objectives.
