You'll also work closely with scheduling and payroll systems, system integrations, and ticket management to help ensure efficient workforce operations.Strong technical skills are preferred.Job Summary:Supports the organization's mission by assisting with technical operations of the organization's unified workforce management solution spanning timekeeping, attendance, labor, and scheduling. Provides front-line support to internal stakeholders and helps coordinate requests between end users and the workforce solutions team, contributing to adoption and optimization of the platform.Job Responsibilities and Requirements:PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESAssists with building and running standard reports leveraging the workforce management system to support operational improvements.Provides first-level technical support to leaders and end users across the enterprise, triaging and resolving routine platform issues.Monitors and responds to items in the technical support queue, escalating complex issues as needed.Assists in documenting technical processes, workflows, and system configurations for the workforce platform.Supports deployment of tools and resources that help leaders achieve workforce-related objectives.Contributes to change management activities related to the workforce management system, including basic user training and communication support.Responds to routine inquiries with a customer-oriented approach, providing support and education to platform users.Acts as a resource for system-wide utilization of workforce solutions under the guidance of senior team members.Performs other duties as assigned.EDUCATIONBachelor’s degreeEXPERIENCENo experience requiredPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSFrequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication.
