Event Marketing Representative Hype Connections | Raleigh, NC | Full-Time | In-Person Raleigh is growing, and so are we! What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience in marketing, sales, and customer engagement Opportunities to represent nonprofit organizations and support their campaigns Training in communication, public speaking, and relationship building Opportunities to develop leadership and team collaboration skills Performance-based bonus opportunities Potential for internal advancement based on performance and business needs A team-oriented environment focused on learning, accountability, and growth What You’ll Do Represent established nonprofit brands through face-to-face marketing campaigns and promotional events Engage with the public and communicate nonprofit missions, campaigns, and initiatives clearly Build awareness and encourage community support for the causes you represent Create positive interactions that help strengthen relationships between nonprofit organizations and their communities Collaborate with teammates to execute campaign goals and deliver results Participate in training, coaching, and ongoing skill development Track campaign results and apply feedback to improve performance Take on additional responsibilities as your experience and skills grow Who We’re Looking For We’re interested in people who are: Motivated to learn and develop new skills Confident meeting and communicating with new people, or eager to build that confidence Interested in supporting nonprofit organizations and meaningful causes Coachable, adaptable, and open to feedback Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Excited by a fast-paced, people-focused environment Interested in long-term development and performance-based growth Previous marketing, sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is welcome but not required. Training is provided for candidates who demonstrate a willingness to learn and contribute.
