???? Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM

???? Pay: $23.65 per hour

As a Distribution Warehouse Associate, you'll help ensure products are received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Safely operate forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, hand dollies, and other warehouse equipment

✅ Receive incoming shipments and stock materials accurately throughout the warehouse

✅ Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications

✅ Use RF scanners to track and manage inventory movement

✅ Assist with shipping and receiving activities

✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

✅ Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Preferred Qualifications:

✔ Experience operating a sit-down forklift

✔ Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems

✔ Experience with picking, packing, shipping, and receiving

✔ Ability to safely operate pallet jacks and assist with unloading freight

✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift

✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Urbancrest, OH.

The pay range for this position is $44720.00 - $49192.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Quarterly ESOP program, medical, dental, vision, 401k after 6 months of employment, company stock is on a 6 year vesting period, accrue 14 days of PTO throughout first year

This is a fully onsite position in Urbancrest,OH.

This position is anticipated to close on Sep 26, 2026.
