Executive Home Care of North County is growing, and we’re looking for compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Caregivers to join our team!

We’re expanding our services into the Inland Empire and are hiring caregivers to provide quality, in-home support to clients throughout North County and the Inland Empire .

Competitive Pay: $19.00–$23.00/hour
Refer a client to Executive Home Care of North County and receive a $100 referral bonus!

Your Role as a Caregiver:

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Providing mobility and transfer assistance
• Preparing meals and encouraging proper nutrition and hydration
• Providing medication reminders
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Accompanying clients to appointments and activities
• Monitoring and reporting changes in a client’s condition
• Following individualized care plans

What We’re Looking For

• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Reliable, responsible, and dependable
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful
• Strong communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Committed to providing respectful, person-centered care
