ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The QC/ Production Lead responsibilities include assist in running a production line, coaching and assisting Line workers, assure projects are completed accurately, timely and correctly. Also assisting in training associates on job tasks standards and recognizing individual and team success.

• Working with the Supervisors to complete the daily activities of the assigned production line.

• Understanding each project and the QA check sheets the go along with each project.

• Complete all paperwork that is required for each project i.e. (QA check sheets, labor hour sheet, and HU request sheets.)

• Understand the line setup and people placements of each project.

• Assisting in training new associates on job tasks.

• Working with Supervisors to rotate associates on production lines when required.

• Will have to work on production line when not in charge of a production line.

• Understand and effectively communicate company policies to ensure compliance.

• Foster communication and teamwork among staff to ensure accomplishment of operational goals.

• Assist and maintain appropriate inventory levels and product loss control.

• Secure company assets.

• Ensures the safe, clean and efficient operation of the warehouse to meet service standards. Requirements

• Lead experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred

• Bilingual a plus

• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills

• Excellent people skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability and availability to work extended hours including weekends and nights as needed by the customer
