Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient or clinical setting
• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Deliver therapeutic interventions in accordance with established clinical protocols and standards of care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation as required by the facility
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient progress and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license valid in the state of Maryland (permanent license required)
• Prior experience working as a Physical Therapist in a relevant clinical setting
• Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing requirements prior to assignment start
• Compliance with all onboarding and documentation requirements prior to beginning the assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an outpatient physical therapy environment
• Familiarity with travel or contract-based clinical assignments
