PCA’s Phoenix, AZ plant is currently recruiting for a Sales focused Corrugated Business Associate. The Corrugated Business Associate is part of the GIFT (Generational Investment for Tomorrow) Program, which works to develop recent college graduates into well‑rounded employees and future leaders at PCA. This is a full‑time, salaried position with benefits. What is PCA’s GIFT Program? The program is a comprehensive rotational training experience lasting 10–12 months focused on sales development. Participants rotate through Design, Production, Customer Service, and Sales departments, attend conferences, and network with peers. Upon successful completion, graduates transition into a full‑time Sales Representative role. Principle Accountabilities Work closely with the assigned GIFT Mentor to stay on track and reinforce role goals. Rotate through Design, Production, Customer Service, and Sales departments. Complete assignments or projects under departmental supervision. Learn how departments collaborate and identify improvement opportunities. Present findings and solutions to supervisors and the GIFT Mentor. Attend and participate in GIFT training conferences. Collaborate with other Corrugated Business Associates on projects. Follow company policies, share information, and improve service delivery to customers. Support PCA’s Commitment to Service by adding value and keeping promises to customers. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required upon starting. Must obtain degree between December 2025 and May 2026. Ability to start between May 2026 and July 2026. Must be able to travel by air and car; valid travel documents required. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 pounds. Capacity to stand, sit, squat, kneel, and bend for extended periods. Preferred Qualifications One internship or co‑op, preferably in a related environment. Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Quick learner able to apply new knowledge. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Leadership experience or strong leadership skills. Strong interpersonal skills and networking ability with diverse professionals. Decisive and concise problem‑solving skills. Teamwork experience and commitment to open communication. Compensation and Benefits Starting salary: $70,000 – $80,000. Annual bonus based on personal and company performance. Three weeks paid vacation per calendar year. Paid holidays.
