Collaborate with preconstruction teams on estimating, scheduling, phasing plans, and logistics, particularly for active healthcare campuses. Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific codes, infection control requirements (ICRA), and regulatory guidelines. Coordinate with hospital stakeholders, design professionals, and internal teams for seamless project execution. Manage all phases of procurement, subcontractor management, cost control, and reporting. Conduct and lead OAC meetings, fostering client trust and satisfaction. Be well-versed in healthcare construction standards, ICRA procedures, and AHCA (or similar authority) requirements. Hold a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Be a clear communicator and effective leader who excels in managing complex, occupied site environments. Bring strong proficiency in construction technology, project scheduling, and field coordination tools (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.). Have a client-first mindset and a proactive, solutions-driven approach.What's on OfferCompetitive base salary $130,000 - $150,000+ with a structured performance-based bonus plan.
