Service Delivery Manager
Role Description:
Enterprise Awareness & Adoption Develop and execute a company-wide AI and technology awareness program. Organize webinars, workshops, expert sessions, technology showcases, and learning events. Develop and distribute educational materials, newsletters, learning guides, and best practices. Promote adoption of technologies such as AI, Microsoft Copilot, cloud services, cybersecurity solutions, automation, and analytics.Training & Capability Development Assess current and future technology skill requirements across the IS organization. Perform skills-gap and training-needs analyses. Build annual learning roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities. Coordinate internal learning opportunities and external training programs. Drive professional certifications and career development initiatives.Vendor & External Engagement Manage relationships with technology vendors, learning providers, and industry experts. Coordinate vendor-led training sessions and certification programs. Leverage existing vendor partnerships to maximize learning value and minimize costs.

At the same time, the IS organization must proactively address capability gaps and prepare for future technology demands.This role of this service provides dedicated ownership for both areas.
