What You'll Do Identify customer concerns and recommend appropriate solutions. Explain required services, costs, and estimated completion times. Perform vehicle walk-arounds to assess customer needs. Obtain customer approval for recommended services and repairs. Offer and review multi-point vehicle inspections. Provide clear and accurate service estimates. Coordinate repair work with technicians and assign repair orders. Communicate repair updates and vehicle status to customers. Deliver completed vehicles to customers promptly. Follow company customer service and communication processes throughout the service visit. What You'll Bring Previous High-Line Service Advisor experience preferred Automotive knowledge or technician background is a plus Communication and organizational skills Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Open availability, including Saturdays Total Rewards ($66,000 to $114,000), which includes commissions on (Commissions Ex: "Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit", "Department Net") and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses Ex: "Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability"). Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
