Offer to-go order guest a to-go beverage if one has not been ordered.Preparing orders and organizing them into bags.Make sure everything is in the bag and checking off items as placed in bags. Review order to ensure 100% completeness, check to make sure drinks are included (if ordered).Greet all guests or drivers in 30 seconds; cashing out guests and ensuring their satisfaction.Responsible for accurate cash handling. If online or to-go order, cash out guest within 2 minutes of arrival.Packs TOGO and delivery orders and confirm order with guest/driver.Thank the guest for choosing Fridays and invite them back again.Performs side duties including, but not limited to, answering the phone, opening doors, cleaning work stations, expediting orders and running food.Stocks TOGO area.Qualification RequirementsGood Verbal CommunicationHigh Energy LevelCustomer ServiceResolving ConflictsTeamworkProfessionalism
