Sales – Residential Territory Manager – Colorado Windows Sales Division About the Position Sell factory direct wood/clad window and door products Prepare and deliver timely quotes Build and maintain business relationships Create and maintain a solid customer base Identify potential customers Knowledge of territory construction activity Execute successful cold calls Help customers identify their needs Meet or exceed customers’ expectations Qualifications At least 2 years’ sales experience (construction and window sales a plus) Working knowledge of residential construction practices preferred Window and door product knowledge a plus Construction Industry knowledge preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient computer and math skills Attention to detail, organized, and self-motivated Thrives in a competitive environment Must reside in the Steamboat Springs, CO area Benefits Health benefits plan (medical, dental, vision) with low-cost premiums 401(k) with company match and additional retirement contributions Company-paid life insurance Paid vacation and 10 holidays General wage: $24,000 per year plus scaled percentage of sales volume and gross profit bonus.
