Position Summary: The Field Service Supervisor provides consistent day-to-day leadership to field operations and crews. This role ensures all work is performed in accordance with AssetGuard's safety and environmental standards while maintaining cost-effective execution. Acting as a key link between field execution and management, the supervisor coordinates schedules, oversees crew performance, resolves operational issues, and ensures high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Roles / Responsibilities:

  • Lead and promote a strong safety culture in alignment with the company's Safety First principles and policies.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Develop, train, and support team members through knowledge sharing and succession planning to build a best-in-class organization.
  • Manage employee personnel matters, partnering with Human Resources on hiring, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, promotions, and terminations.
  • Establish and maintain a clear system of accountability so team members understand performance expectations and how results are measured.
  • Balance operational priorities while ensuring the organization maintains a strong level of profitability.
  • Schedule customer jobs, inventory, and labor requirements to support efficient job-site execution.
  • Partner with HSE to oversee DOT compliance, driver logs, and crew member certifications.
  • Coach, train, and develop field personnel through regular engagement and performance feedback.
  • Conduct weekly job-site visits to monitor operations, safety, and performance.
  • Ensure timely completion and submission of all required job documentation, reports, and photos.
  • Oversee onboarding and training for new crew members.
  • Lead weekly team safety meetings.
  • Represent Falcon in customer meetings and engagements.
  • Review and approve bi-weekly payroll for Falcon and temporary employees.
  • Request, approve, and release purchase orders as needed.
  • Support additional FTSI initiatives and projects as assigned by management.
  • Respond to escalated field issues, customer concerns, and emergency situations.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including safety, productivity, and utilization.
  • Perform duties in a safety-sensitive role requiring continuous alertness and adherence to safe work practices.

Inventory Management:

  • Partner with management to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Ensure inventory is properly tracked and recorded in SAP.
  • Collaborate with corporate accounting to comply with standard operating procedures related to inventory.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of physical inventory usage within the warehouse.
  • Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned.
  • Maintain open and effective communication with all departments.

Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two years of recent field experience.
  • Prior experience in construction or the oil and gas industry is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of profit and loss (P&L) statements.
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend both oral and written instructions.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

Working Conditions:

  • Bending, lifting, climbing, pushing, pulling, kneeling, sitting stand, walk, kneel, stoop, squat, pull, push, climb, crouch, crawl, talk, hear, and see and standing (occasionally) for long periods of time.
  • The essential duties of this position require moderate to heavy lifting and carrying.
  • Must be able to position oneself to work in confined spaces such as trenches, pits, manholes, attics, and tunnels and demonstrate manual dexterity and be able to use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
  • Exposure to moderate noise levels, vibrations, and bright lights; and exposure to dust, fumes, and gases; and all climate types including hot and cold temperatures, humidity, rain, snow, etc.
  • Able to wear common protective or safety equipment such as safety shoes, glasses, gloves, hearing protection and hard hats when needed.
  • React quickly using hands, fingers, or feet.
  • Must be able to comprehend and follow written and oral instructions.
  • Must be able to complete tasks even with frequent interruptions.
  • Must be able to use discretion and independent judgment as needed.
  • Must be able to speak clearly on the phone and to fellow workers.
