Front End Web Developer

Front End DeveloperAs a Front End Developer, you will be responsible for building intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces for our web-based HR and payroll solutions. You'll collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and back-end developers to deliver seamless digital experiences for our clients.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain scalable front-end components using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue).Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code.Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions.Participate in code reviews and contribute to front-end best practices.Debug and resolve technical issues across browsers and devices.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).2+ years of experience in front-end development.Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).Preferred Qualifications:Experience with TypeScript, Webpack, or modern build tools.Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Experience working in enterprise SaaS environments.
