THE ROLE
We're hiring a Lead Nanny - Caregiver in Tallahassee, FL-a long‑term, part-time role designed for a working professionals or college student who wants reliable, rewarding supplemental income. You'll provide exceptional daily care while guiding and mentoring newer nannies/caregivers to ensure consistency, quality, and calm.
- Pay: $25–$30/hour
- Schedule: 15–20 hours/week (with more hours available in the summer). Afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts are available, and we'll flex around your existing schedule.
