As an Operations Manager in Transportation & Logistics at Amazon, you will lead high-volume delivery operations to ensure safe, on-time, and cost-efficient performance. You will manage carrier relationships, routing, and capacity planning while using data-driven insights to optimize network flow and KPIs. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you’ll resolve constraints, drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma, and champion Amazon’s customer-obsessed culture. You will own team leadership, safety and regulatory compliance, and long-term operational planning in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.
