Service Technician (Apartment Maintenance) | HVAC | EPA Preferred

What You'll Do (Day-to-Day)
You'll be the go-to problem solver on site-keeping things running, safe, and move-in ready.
- Respond to and complete service requests (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances)
- Perform preventive maintenance to avoid bigger issues down the line
- Handle make-readies / unit turns (repairs, inspections, punch lists)
- Maintain grounds + common areas (painting, pressure washing, general upkeep)
- Identify and fix safety hazards and maintenance issues
- Support pool care, inspections, and basic groundskeeping
- Deliver solid customer service to residents and vendors
What You Bring
We're looking for someone who can jump in and get it done without hand-holding.
- 2+ years in apartment maintenance / multifamily / service technician role
- Strong skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
- EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal) preferred
- CPO certification is a plus
- Valid driver's license required + reliable transportation
- Comfortable lifting 50 lbs and working outdoors in all weather
- Willingness to rotate on-call / weekends / holidays
