Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs. Implement evidence-based behavior intervention strategies. Monitor and analyze data to ensure progress and make necessary adjustments. Collaborate with families and other stakeholders to create meaningful and sustainable behavior change. Requirements: Current BCBA certification through the BACB. Medicaid provider approval or eligibility. At least two years of experience working with individuals with Autism.
