Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack

Descripción del puesto We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) to join a high-impact team delivering digital solutions for mission-critical power and energy applications. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building scalable, high-performance applications and working with modern technologies in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What You'll Do
Location: Southlake, Dallas, TX (On-site)

- Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and SQL
- Build and integrate APIs with internal and external systems
- Ensure performance, responsiveness, and reliability of applications
- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Release teams
- Own projects end-to-end: from concept to deployment
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve existing systems and processes
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and full SDLC lifecycle
- Contribute to best practices, code quality, and continuous improvement
- 6+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Strong expertise in:
- Java (Core), Spring Boot, Microservices
- REST APIs, Distributed Systems
- Angular (v14+), HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- SQL and data-intensive applications
- Experience with messaging frameworks, multithreading, and scalable architectures
- Solid understanding of system design, data structures, and design patterns
- Experience with tools like Jira, Git, build frameworks, SonarQube
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience in Energy & Utilities domain
- Exposure to AWS / Cloud environments
- Knowledge of DevOps practices
- Experience with Python
- Unix / Shell scripting basics
