Role Description

The Prototype Supervisor will play an instrumental role in overseeing, refining, and managing the prototyping processes at West Point Rack. Key Responsibilities

1. Prototype Development and Management

• Supervise all phases of the prototype development process, from ideation to final production.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and production staff, to ensure efficient workflows.
• Evaluate prototype functionality, safety, durability, and alignment with project objectives.
• Establish and enforce quality control measures to maintain consistent excellence.

2. Strategic Oversight

• Develop and implement strategic goals for prototype innovation and scalability.
• Provide detailed reports on project progress, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

3. Team Leadership

• Mentor, guide, and manage a diverse team of prototype designers and engineers.
