You will oversee lead response, appointment scheduling, unsold prospect nurturing, and accurate CRM documentation while coordinating with sales staff on scripts, objection handling, and appointment confirmation standards. You will monitor key performance indicators such as response times, set and show rates, sold rates, and customer satisfaction, and partner with sales leadership to enhance online merchandising, lead quality, and conversion processes. You will also support a consistently high‑quality customer experience through clear communication, issue resolution, and adherence to dealership policies, OEM requirements, and privacy standards.Our team members believe that integrity matters!
