Dialysis RN

Eastside Rehabilitation Hospital

Eastside Rehabilitation Hospital seeks a Dialysis RN to provide safe, compassionate hemodialysis care for rehab patients with renal conditions. Responsibilities include patient assessment, treatment planning, initiating and monitoring dialysis treatments, managing vascular access, administering medications, and ensuring strict infection control. The RN collaborates with physicians and therapists, educates patients and families, and documents care accurately.
