Marketing Coordinator

Omni Architects , an Aeterna Group™ Company, has an immediate opening for a Marketing Coordinator in their Fairmont, West Virginia office. This is a full-time position, primarily in-office. As Marketing Coordinator, you will provide internal and external support to the Omni Business Development and Design Team. You will manage the Omni brand, develop content, materials, and campaigns for qualifications and proposals, oversee marketing assets, website, and social media, and support corporate marketing strategies and objectives. This role is key to the continued success and growth of Omni and offers opportunities for professional development as the firm grows. Primary Job Responsibilities manage and maintain the Omni brand identity across all platforms. expand, grow, and contribute to the firm’s marketing platform, ensuring consistent messaging. coordinate, review, edit, and design responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs). continuously update, edit, and strengthen marketing assets, including presentations, brochures, and other client-facing materials. collect, develop, proofread, edit, and manage content for the website, press releases, social media, video library, photo library, and other marketing assets. lead the execution of marketing strategies that support sales and business development efforts. represent the firm at networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings. collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and messaging. stay current on industry trends, marketing tools, and best practices to enhance marketing effectiveness. The Successful Candidate Will Have a proactive, results-oriented mindset with a desire to grow professionally. proven ability to work independently within a team environment to produce high-quality results. strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration and customer service skills, with attention to detail. strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. digital and new media proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Open Asset and WordPress preferred. ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and colleagues. knowledge of the architecture, engineering, or construction industry is beneficial. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. At least one year of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or business development support is required; three years of experience would be preferred. proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (social media, website management, email campaigns). strong soft skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Physical Requirements ability to work at a desk for extended periods. ability to travel occasionally for events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
