PRN Physical Therapist Assistant

We're hiring a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to provide in-home care in Locust Grove and Orange, Virginia. You'll be visiting adult and geriatric patients in their homes, doing the hands-on PTA work that actually makes a difference — on a schedule you build around your life. This role is a good fit for PTAs who want clinical autonomy and real one-on-one time with patients without committing to full-time hours.

Pick up units based on your availability — you tell us when you're free, we route patients your way

Provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following the established plan of care

Assist patients with mobility, strengthening, and balance exercises

Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety

Communicate patient progress to the supervising PT

Document in the field on a company-issued tablet through WellSky

Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Virginia

1+ year of clinical experience

Home health and OASIS experience preferred — if you don't have it yet, our clinical team will get you trained before you take your first visit on your own

WellSky experience is a plus but not required

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Based out of our Fredericksburg office, we cover Locust Grove, Orange, and the surrounding communities. You'll generally work the area closest to where you live.
