Primary Therapist

Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role based in Scottsdale, AZ for a Primary Therapist. The Primary Therapist will be responsible for conducting assessments and developing personalized treatment plans, providing therapeutic support, and managing cases to address the diverse needs of clients. Duties include providing individual, group, and family therapy while addressing mental health concerns such as chemical dependency and dual diagnoses. The therapist will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and the highest standards of treatment. Qualifications Proficiency in Treatment Planning and Case Management to create and execute client‑focused care plans Experience in Social Work, including client advocacy and providing emotional support Knowledge and expertise in addressing Chemical Dependency and supporting recovery processes Familiarity with Dual Diagnosis cases and the ability to manage co‑occurring mental health and substance use disorders Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field (required) Valid licensure or certification in the state of Arizona (e.g., LMSW, LCSW, or equivalent) Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to client‑centered care Experience working in mental health or substance abuse treatment settings (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr Redefine Wellness and Treatment
