As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control activities, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed11:00 PM - 07:00 AMThur11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to clients, guests, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities in a retail and dining location. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail floor, dining areas, entrances, stock areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific procedures. Document incidents, patrol activities, and unusual occurrences accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management. Minimum Requirements: Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
