Technical Analyst – Diagnostic (Healthcare Imaging)
Location: Remote Duration: Contract

Experience
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare/diagnostic imaging support
Key Responsibilities
- Support and troubleshoot diagnostic imaging and ancillary applications
- Monitor and resolve HL7 interface and data flow issues
- Support DICOM workflows and imaging interoperability
- Perform testing, validation, upgrades, and project activities
- Maintain system configurations, user access, templates, and security settings
- Troubleshoot operational issues affecting diagnostic workflows and data availability
- Support data extracts, mappings, loads, and validation activities
- Document configurations, issues, and resolutions
- Provide technical support to clinical and operational users
- Collaborate with infrastructure, integration, and Epic Radiant teams
