Technical Analyst – Diagnostic (Healthcare Imaging)

Experience

10+ years of experience in healthcare/diagnostic imaging support

Key Responsibilities

Support and troubleshoot diagnostic imaging and ancillary applications
Monitor and resolve HL7 interface and data flow issues
Support DICOM workflows and imaging interoperability
Perform testing, validation, upgrades, and project activities
Maintain system configurations, user access, templates, and security settings
Troubleshoot operational issues affecting diagnostic workflows and data availability
Support data extracts, mappings, loads, and validation activities
Document configurations, issues, and resolutions
Provide technical support to clinical and operational users
Collaborate with infrastructure, integration, and Epic Radiant teams
