About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Endoscopy RN in Wheeling, West Virginia, 26003!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Endoscopy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Varied shifts, including weekends as scheduled Hours per Shift: 8 or 10 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience required License: Active nursing license required Certifications: BLS Certification Must-Have: Knowledge of endoscopy procedures and equipment. Description: Intra-op circulation nurse position. No sedation required. Common cases include EGD, colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS, EMR, and hemorrhoid banding. Ability to work alongside surgical techs. Unit includes 5 suites with a staffing ratio of 1 RN per room. Expect to work weekdays from 7 AM to 3 PM. There is a number system in place to complete cases that run over. No self-scheduling or block scheduling is available. On-call requirements include being available 3 days per month on weeknights. One weekend per month on call from 7 AM to 3 PM on Saturday and Sunday. Holidays also require on-call availability from 7 AM to 3 PM. Expected call response time is within 30 minutes, usually flexible. No floating to other departments is required. Scrubs are required in-house. Knowledge of the electronic health record system is a plus.
