Shift Supervisor at Monster Mini Golf Family Entertainment Center

Monster Mini Golf

Monster Mini Golf is an international franchise system of crazy cool Family Entertainment Centers. Our Charlotte, North Carolina facility will feature an 18-hole Glow in the Dark Miniature Golf Course complete with moving monsters, DJ booth, and great tunes! We will also have 4 lanes of Bowling, Laser Maze attraction, state-of-the-art arcade, prize counter, and the coolest Birthday Party and Event rooms you have ever laid eyes on! We are looking for outgoing humans that love interacting with other humans (of all ages), to join our dynamic team.

Who We Are Looking For!

We are looking for high-energy, outgoing humans who love interacting with other humans (of all ages) and love to have fun! You will assist in making our guests laugh and smile while guiding them through our unique entertainment experiences. If you think you may have what it takes to succeed in this role, here are some of the qualities you must possess:

Truly enjoy humans of all ages
Be upbeat, fun, genuinely friendly, and smile a lot
Dependability & Maturity, second to none customer service, Poised and professional in demeanor
The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
Communicate confidently and effectively
The belief that attention to detail and cleanliness are key to a successful business
The willingness to learn and apply the Monster Mini Golf style of Entertainment, to ensure a memorable Guest Experience.
