Retail Display Installer - Technology

Overview Job Type: Per Required Need. Work Location: Market - SS - CA - San Diego. Travel up to 90 miles from home on average. Schedule: Monday–Friday; weekends are not required. Keep availability updated and accurate. Finish assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates. Install and build displays, end caps, and fixture work. Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys before leaving a job site. Maintain and update displays per planograms and client requests. Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional. Participate in early‑morning installations and larger team installations (2+ members), providing solution feedback. Manage virtual software and complete related tasks and timelines. Assist team members as needed to ensure overall success. Submit accurate timecards and report anomalies daily with corrections. Work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Participate in training and certification programs. Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows. Be available for weekend assignments as needed. Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt. Qualifications Age/Eligibility: Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States. Availability: Flexible Monday–Friday; weekend, holiday, early‑morning, and late‑night availability as needed. Maintain minimum 20 hours of fieldwork in a rolling 30‑day period. Physical Abilities: Climb ladders up to 10 ft., lift up to 60 lbs. Able to kneel, walk, crouch, bend, handle, and reach overhead. Adaptability: Adjust to changing tasks and environments. Communication: Effective phone, text, and email communication; use smartphone for clock‑in/out, photos, apps, and internet. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Retail or merchandising experience beneficial. Experience Preferred: Installation and merchandising, hand and power tool proficiency, planogram adherence. Technology: Own Android or Apple device for photo/data uploads; navigate communications platforms independently. Training: Complete all training assignments within designated timeframes. Transportation: Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance. Travel up to 90 miles from home.
